Return Policy

You may receive a full store credit for any merchandise that has not been delivered or picked-up. This applies to delivery fees and assembly fees as well, unless merchandise has been loaded into our delivery trucks or merchandise has been already assembled. If this is the case then all money paid for delivery and assembly will NOT be refunded or applied towards store credit.

NOBODY sells for less. To keep our operations costs to a minimum and as a result offer our customers the lowest prices possible, we do not allow any returns or refunds. No exceptions. Please make sure to pick out the right merchandise and measure your space, entryways, and hallways before purchasing.


We love keeping our "pending" customer service issue at zero. If you received a damaged or defected item, please feel assured that we will take care of it and we will do it as quickly as possible.


If your merchandise has manufacturer warranty, we will help you mediate anything that is required to exchange a product for one of the same, parts, or anything else under warranty. Although we as the retailer will help you mediate and speed up the the warranty process. Plese keep in mind that all manufacturer warranties are ultimetly offered and covered by the manufacturer.
